1 Bdr Downtown Eau Claire | Near Hospital & UWEC

This apartment was new and clean and nicely appointed, spacious too. The pics don’t do it justice. Walking distance to downtown, which was nice. I nearly rated this 5 stars but there were two things worth noting.1) there are light on the building next door and the blinds in the bedroom just can’t keep that light out, so it was brighter than I care for.2) the AC (I was there in summer) unit is in a closet in the bedroom and it was a bit loud when running. If you don’t care about the light and the noise when you sleep then you’ll be golden. If you require darkness and quiet, you may want to bring a sleep mask and ear plugs.Aside from these 2 things, this place was great.

Nice new unit in a great location. We could walk to restaurants and other downtown venues. Amenities are very basic but had what we needed, except a hair dryer. The bed was super comfortable and the complex was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was “new and clean!” We loved that we could walk to the downtown restaurants and entertainment venues. Check in and check out we’re a breeze!

The location is perfect for walking to any downtown activity. The property was perfect for us and had everything we needed with the comforts of home. Very clean, new appliances and kitchen tools. So much better than a hotel! Will definitely book again.
